of course
tartan is like
nothing else, LL...

tartan is the epitome of the ultimate concept of an idea that is...

uniquely distinct!

How did they keep warm in this time before tartan?
I guess I could claim a tartan also as my family on my Mum's side, going back a few generations were Scottish.

I love the images of tartan and plaid but i cringe at those in Florida in flimsy cotton stretching over large bellies.

dianne,

snuggling!
hey, primitive does not
mean entirely without comfort :)

and they say everyone has some irish in the mix... but comments here show that scots are giving them a good run for the money!

mo,

quoting marlon brando, apocalypse now:

Yes, that's exactly what I see here. It don't see tartan or plaid, I see victims of the holocaust. I see screaming faces and dead bodies piled up high.

Alright it must be an effect of my disturbed mind. Do I need to see a doctor?

I have to say the red and green lines don't fit at all with my disturbing perception of this work.

PS - I hope you don't mind me telling you all this. Would it be more appropriate for me to keep my feelings to myself?

nathalie,

we see what we see
&
who is to say what is right or wrong?

but i cannot answer, you will need to ask a doctor about whether or not you should be seeing her :)

dear nathalie, i don't mind and in fact rather enjoy all comments received here -- comments by codepo() visitors help to make these works -- and with thanks!
